About the property
Ambassadori Island Batumi is the first artificial island in the Black Sea. The island covers 84 hectares of planned contemporary urban space. It has the only white-sand beach in Georgia, together with a marina and a yacht club. Every window looks out over the sea, the city centre and the mountains. All building permits are in place, and construction has started. A ceremony to lay a capsule in the foundation of the first tower was held with the Prime Minister of Georgia and the leadership of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara. Batumi International Airport is thirty minutes away, the railway station three minutes, the old town five minutes, and the Batumi Botanical Garden eight minutes. The island can also be reached by helicopter or by yacht.
About the project
The first tower on the island, The First Tower, is 216 metres and 58 storeys high, with 1,358 apartments. A three-level car park for 240 cars is provided. Ceilings in the apartments are three metres high. The tower has central air conditioning, ventilation and heating, and high-speed internet. A premium turnkey finish is offered, with built-in furniture and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The interiors are by the Italian studio D73, a twenty-year partner of Ambassadori Group. Service follows Ambassadori Hotels standards. Optional extras include a smart-home system, underfloor heating, and a design package with full furnishing by D73 in three versions. The tower is due for completion in February 2029.
Infrastructure
Inside The First Tower there are cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and a shopping gallery, as well as underground parking, padel courts, workout areas and playgrounds reserved for residents. A bar and restaurant operate on the 57th floor, a pool is on the roof, and the fitness centre has panoramic views. More than fifty cafés and restaurants operate on the island, from street food to fine dining, with rooftop bars and clubs looking over the sea. A central park of nine hectares is laid out, with sports and wellness areas from workout zones to tennis courts, and a casino of five thousand square metres. The island has an oasis at its centre, and spaces for living and leisure by the sea, with premium infrastructure of an international standard.
